There is someone parked illegally in my carpark. What do I do?

Contact us here for any enforcement required at your car park. We’ll confirm it on our system and make the necessary arrangements.

How do I list my car parks or space?

Here are some tutorial videos to help you through the hosting process — it's easy!

Why has my listing been turned off?

Every listing on Parkable goes through a QA process. Make sure your listing has clear instructions in the descriptions as well as clear pictures of where to park.

Have clear instructions and pictures on your listing but it is still turned off?
Drop us an email and we'll tell you what went wrong.

When and how will I get paid for my listed carparks?

You will receive an automated payment for all revenue, less Parkable and bank fees, on the first week of each following month. Make sure you have your details up to date here so we can pay you.

If your park has made any revenue prior to entering these details, please get in touch so we can make sure this is also included in your next payment.

Read our Terms of Service for more information on fees, GST and payments.

Does listing my carparks or space cost money?

Listing a park is completely free. There are no contracts so you can remove your listing at any time.

Who is liable for theft and damages?

Every Parkable member has agreed to our Terms of Service which includes a clause where every vehicle registered on Parkable requires a minimum of a third-party insurance cover. Parkable is built on a trusted community of parkers but in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, let us know and we'll sort it out for you.

Every Parkable park is also insured under public liability.
